No matter what type of care and support your furry friend needs, rest assured that Playful Pups Doggy Daycare can provide what they need and more with experience, passion and fun. We are an open concept facility rather than kennel based and were Voted #1 Best of Richmond in 2021 and 2024 and received the 2024 Canadian Choice Award for the Dog Trainers in Richmond category . We have 4 outdoor yards for your pups to play in, 2 of which are fully covered and we also have indoor space for them to play and rest. We provide games, toys, and they even watch movies during rest time on our human-sized beds!

Playful Pups Doggy Daycare was created for one single purpose in mind - to provide all pets and pet parents the services, personal care and support they need and deserve anytime, 7 days a week. When the new owner Lacey Hotte took over the daycare, Playful Paws Doggy Daycare became Playful Pups Doggy Daycare, and now this small business has been flourishing thanks to all of our wonderful clients and team members. We were voted Best of Richmond in 2021 and 2024 in RN News. We are proudly serving the Richmond area and continue to open our doors every day with a smiling happy team.

FACILITY TOUR VIDEO!
We are working with dog rescue organizations to provide temporary housing for dogs that have either been abandoned or have been saved from meat trade operations abroad, with some of the dogs having been in our care for over 6 months.
If you can donate even a few dollars to assist us with these costs it would allow us to help the rescues save more of these dogs. Thanks in advance for your support!

Daycare Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00AM - 8:00PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00AM - 8:00PM
Office Hours:
10am-4pm. Inquiries sent outside of these hours will be responded to during office hours.

If an early drop off or late pick-up is needed, feel free to give us a text to book in for an early drop off or late pick-up slot!

*Please note our phone lines are closed daily between 12-1pm. This is our core lunch and nap hour for our pups. No drop offs or picks ups are allowed during this hour to minimize the disturbance of their rest
